  • Guar Gum

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, combine composite flour, sugar, salt, milk powder, coconut milk powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  2. Gradually pour in water while stirring to create a smooth mixture. Add vanilla extract and mix thoroughly.
  3. Stovetop : Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens (approximately 5-7 minutes).
  4. Microwave: Heat the mixture in intervals, stirring in between until the desired thickness is achieved (usually 2-3 minutes initially and then in 1-minute intervals).
  5. For a thicker consistency, sprinkle and blend in guar gum gradually while the porridge is hot. Allow it to rest for a few minutes to thicken further.
  6. Pour the prepared porridge into serving bowls. Customize with extra sugar, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or fruit toppings according to preference.
